However, the electric actuator is different from the manual valve. It involves parameter setting and debugging, as well as electrical wiring, which requires more professional personnel to complete. Electrical wiring
1. Electrical wiring There is a wiring diagram inside the actuator (inside the electrical compartment cover). Wiring according to the wiring diagram provided, such as power supply, control power supply, internal wiring and grounding, etc. If necessary, connect the external power supply to the dryer to keep the inside of the actuator dry. Make sure that the wiring to the terminals is secure. Make sure that an external controller only acts on one electric actuator (cannot act on two or more actuators at the same time). Always make sure the interior of the actuator is clean and free of debris after wiring.


2. Check the direction of rotation
In three-phase actuators, the direction of rotation of the actuator should be checked before electric operation (operator). If the running direction is wrong, the limit switch will not work, resulting in jamming damage or overheating of the motor. Manually place the actuator at the 50% open (or closed) position, supply power to the actuator, and confirm the direction of rotation. If the open signal is given, the actuator will rotate in the open direction, and the direction is correct. But if it is in the opposite direction, you need to change the wiring, and exchange any 2 of the 3 power cords. Check the direction of rotation again and confirm.
