How To Open The Executive Port Of The Charging Port Cover

If you're trying to open the Door Actuator, there are generally two ways to open it.

Using the on-board button: Most modern EVs are equipped with a button or lever that opens the charging port cover from inside the cab. This button is usually located on the center console in the cab or on the control panel next to the driver's side door.

Manual opening: If you cannot open the charging port cover CPD Actuator by the car button, you can open it manually. First, check your car's owner's manual for specific steps on how to manually open the charging port cover. Usually, you'll need to find a small manual lever or button on or under the edge of the charging port cover and pull it out or press it down. You can then manually open the charging port cover and start charging.

Whichever method you use to open the charging port cover, be careful not to damage the charging port cover or the vehicle.

If you try to use the car button to open the charging port cover, but find that it won't open, you can try the following steps:

Make sure the vehicle is in the correct condition: Some electric vehicles must be parked to open the charging port cover. Please make sure your vehicle is parked and turned off.

Check the vehicle's battery status: If the vehicle's battery is too low, it may not be able to charge and the charging port cover may not open. Make sure your vehicle battery is fully charged or at least has enough charge.

Check the charger connection: If your vehicle's charger is not properly connected, the charging port cover may not open. Please check that the charger is connected to the vehicle and the connection is secure.
